  I stopped in for a name change and deposit, and Aleksandra and Bob were so friendly. Everything was processed seamlessly while we were chatting. Such an easy, positive process!

  The district manager is THE ONLY REASON why I bumped this one star rating to three. I am a business, and I HATE TO LEAVE Bad feedback. Would I recommend this bank to my friends? NEVER, At least not this branch. I have been a Santander Customer for fifteen years. I have a new business account. The type of mess up that happened to my account this week should never happen EVER. I have a business account, It was set up for a month, and yesterday everything was BLOCKED. When I called customer service, NO ONE COULD Tell me why!!! I reached out at 2PM. Customer service could not reach the branch, and I literally had to wait until the next day to find out my account was blocked over something ridiculous. It was over a PIECE OF documentation. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY A BUSINESS ACCOUNT (we have several personal accounts) WOULD BE BLOCKED BECAUSE THE BANK DID NOT GET something as simple as a utility bill for my HUSBAND. NOT AN EMAIL, PHONE CALL OR WARNING! NOTHING! I was on the road for business and my card was declined. THEY BLOCKED THE ACCOUNT< AND SENT A LETTER THE SAME DAY, instead of calling and asking me to come down or fax a piece documentation to prove our address is real. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. EVER.

  Customer service very poor. I went in today to exchange cash and the teller was extremely rude and dismissive. I will be closing my account promptly.
