      Poor customer service. Today, waited almost one hour to deposit. There was one teller a d he spent 40 min with one customer. Lots of chit chatting. Unacceptable They blamed it on a teller emergency and another called in sick

      No stars ideally. Santander severely limits wire transfer amounts, supposedly in our best interest but in reality they make it very difficult to securely move money out of their bank. Also, they make husband and wife use different pin numbers on the exact same account, and they force you to have one pin number for web access and a different pin number for telephone access (e.g. password resets,) Finally, for at least 10 years, tey put monthly statements into the US Mail for FREE. Now they charge us for paper reports! In short, Santander is messy, they nickel-and-dime you to death, and they are hard-to-do-business with. AVOID SANTANDER!!
