      Absolutely the worst bank in the city of Boston, they don’t cash checks for white people.

      I have had so many issues with this branch it's unbelievable. I've never had anyone attempt to take a swing at me inside a bank before, but it happened here. I never had anyone with a bank refuse to provide account help over the phone, but it happened here. I never had a bank (that I had an account with) be completely out of money to the point I couldn't withdraw money, but it happened here. I've never had a bank employee think that Saturday was a business day just because they have some tellers there, but it happened here. This place is 100% the worst bank I've ever been to in my life. However, when you keep in mind the surrounding area, that really shouldn't come as a surprise. This is the closest branch to my house, but I assure you that after today, I will be making the slightly longer drive elsewhere.
