  I really think this is the most professional and friendly Santander branch on the South Shore. Everybody in there is so helpful and kind. I cant tell you how many times Will has saved me from those insufficient funds fees! Will is a great guy! I've met with him on many occasions and he has always been there to help me with a smile. He has shared some really great advice with me that I will use down the road. Will is a stand up guy who doesnt back down from any challenge he faces. Will works with the utmost of integrity and incorporates compassion into his profession. I highly reccomend banking with Will. Eileen DeMario is one of the best in the business! She has helped me out on more than one occasion. I always enjoy meeting with Eileen because she is so kind and makes you feel like you're important and a priority. Eileen brings her A game and is always up for the task. Eileen has such a wonderful personality. It's a pleasure to talk to someone as nice as Eileen. I always feel very at ease with Eileen and I want to thank her for always going above and beyond to take care of my needs! I recently met this new associate named Faith. She was awesome!! She saw me sitting down and asked me if I needed any help or assistance. She welcomed me into her office and worked diligently to assist me. She did everything in her power to make sure my situation was solved. She was very sweet and a great listener. She even called me to inform me of news that she had come across pertaining to my problem. She knows how to handle tough situations and works great under pressure. Faith can type fast and without looking at the keyboard. She is a very impressive young lady. Everybody in there is just so incredible. I'll probably stick with Santander just because of the amazing people I've met and the friendships Ive formed.

  My issues are not with this branch !! It is all with the fraud department only ..the people that work at this branch are fantastic they actually care..The fraud department is awful rude condescending to someone who is having a fraudulent attack at no fault of their own .. so not sure I would recommend this bank fraudulent charges on my account they did Nothing didn’t look into and just took my $ 😡why do we pay for FDIC insurance ? on our $ !! If they aren’t going to help people this world is crazy what they are getting away with

  Paid what I owed on a credit card the said they would let the credit companies know my balance was paid in full and that nothing was negative anymore but I just checked my score and they are still reporting a negative balance
