  This review is For Tahra Kwon, We are first time buyers, and we had some issues with appraisal, so at the advise of our real estate agent we called her, our agent had called her previously to inform her of the issue, Tahra went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. without her guidance and follow thru we would have not made it, Tahra always communicated and made sure all the paper work needed was done and submitted on time. closing was done on time thanks to her diligence. We can not say enough and express our gratitude to both our real estate agent and Tahra Kwon. We recommend her whole heartedly. In our opinion the 5 stars here is not enough she( Tahra Kwon) deserves 10 stars. Once again thank you Tahra for your excellent work and guidance. Thank you from the DaCosta Family.

  This lender is awful. Javier initially submitted my refinance loan incorrectly even after calling me to confirm the correct information. Once my loan was denied, I followed up with Javier who took my correct information again and said he would resubmit that day. I followed up 5 days later and was told by Delaney that my loan still had not been resubmitted because Javier needed more information yet never reached out to me. When I asked why he never reached back out to me, Delaney said Javier was new and did not know how to handle the loan. She also said they were extremely short-staffed, which is why they had taken more than two weeks to process my loan. Ultimately, Delaney texted me to let me know that the lender they were trying to use denied my loan and they were unable to help me. I actually applied to that same lender on my own, with a correct loan application and was able to get the cash-out refinance that I was looking for. I will tell anyone and everyone that I know NOT to use Santiago Financial. They are extremely unorganized, unprofessional, do not take care of loan applicants and very incompetent. This company is awful.

  Getting a refinance on your home loan is really frustrating as anyone who has ever received a refi will tell you. I must say that even when I got crazy Colleen Belt, our Loan Representative at Santiago Financial maintained her professionalism. She was excellent in her communication with us. She explained the entire process to us and responded promptly to any questions we had. She pretty much held our hands and walked us through. We got an awesome rate and are so pleased with how hard she worked on our behalf. I will definitely recommend Santiago Financial to friends, family or anyone I know seeking assistance with a refinance.
