She was on vacation when I called her, but she directed me to apply online, and messaged me with a direct link, saying she'd work on my application the next morning, from her vacation. She got me approved very quickly, and after I found a house, she and Christine sent text messages, and emails letting me know where we were in the process, and what the next steps would be.
