      I've been working with Saranto Calamas & his team for years now. Saranto, and each member of his team, are attentive, responsive, thorough and extremely helpful. They've helped me with personal tax returns, corporate tax returns and bookkeeping. I've consulted with them when considering investment opportunities, including the purchase of new business. They take the time to answer questions, listen to concerns and have been a great resource in helping to guide me through financial decisions. Highly recommend this firm.

      On Friday 2/4 I had an appointment at 10AM with Lisa to do both my 2021 taxes and amend my 2020 tax return. She was running late and I sat with another employee. He was only able to complete my 2021 tax return. He explained he was new and would have Lisa call me that same day to review my 2020 amendment. I never received a call. I followed up Monday via phone and email, still no return call or message from lisa. I called the office again on Tuesday and was told Lisa would call me back—she finally did. She explained she was unaware that I needed an amendment done at all (even though is in our original email communication). She apologized and said I am first priority and that she would absolutely call me back before the end of day. She never called. I called again on Wednesday 2/9, explained my frustration with not receiving phone calls back and said I want someone else to help me, I’m sick of not receiving calls/messages back from Lisa. You could absolutely hear the frustration in my voice but never once did I curse, yell etc. I was told I’d get a call back and the office manager would have someone else assist me. I now get this email. Instead of an office manager getting involved or Saranto himself getting involved to speak about what happened, I get an email to no longer continue servicing me as a client. It is truly laughable. This is how you run your business? I am glad to know that this is how you treat your clients. My family and friends will no longer be doing business with you either.

      Saranto is the best! He takes time to answer all of your questions (I have many!) and he knows the tax law in and out! I highly recommend Saranto for your tax needs, especially for real estate investing!
