  I completely agree with the previous person’s statement. It has been over a year, but it seems not much has changed in our Apartment building which is located on 33 South in downtown San Jose. It has been receiving the same treatment even though the staff at our building are trying. It is obvious that the problem comes from management structure above. The building has not been maintained properly, it’s currently infested with roaches, the doors get jammed often, mold is growing that they cover up by painting it and the floors are completely uneven. There have been multiple complaints over the year on most of their property that obviously has not been dealt with to say the least. They are working with the Todd Rothbard Law Offices in Santa Clara, CA so you can clearly see that they are not providing basic maintenance for their building and as well are trying to wrongfully evict tenants due to inaccurate accusations. If you see this review, I would suggest to file a complaint to the county or any housing authority because there are so many people disappointed with their service that this can easily be a legal issue. They urgently need to do something to fix it.

  I live in Sahara Sands Apartments managed by Saratoga Capital represented by Yolanda Moreno. I received two rent increase notice one in Feb2019 and another one Mar2019. While they are busy sending rent increase letters month after month, they never bothered to repair the serious issues reported more than a month. Have serious issues in my apartment with water leakage, broken cupboards, AC not working etc. It took more than three weeks for Yolanda to inspect the damage after rescheduling the inspection thrice. It’s almost ten days since the inspection and still no response to address our issues. While the apartment manager Mary does good job of handling smaller issues on timely manner, the bigger issues often gets delayed or unattended due to delays from Saratoga Capital. Either they are not bothered about tenant’s issue or they have inefficient managers, who neither empowers the apartment’s resident manager nor take timely action.
