      Very rude customer service. Staff don’t communicate with each other there about a previous issue and keep calling me on it. Then they hang up on me on the phone.

      This bank has scammed me out of money from overcharging and then repeatedly sent me around in a circle because none of them wanted to deal with the issue. Last time I called I was hung up on and still have no sign of getting the money back they owe me. DO NOT ever use this bank they will wrong you as much as they can and steal from you.
