  Brad is a true professional that goes above and beyond to find you the right home. I never once felt like he was pressuring me to purchase a place I wasn’t interested in. Brad asks great questions to determine your likes and dislikes in a home. Brad keeps you well informed on the homes you are interested. He does research above and beyond what’s expected in a real estate agent. Brad is well informed of the housing market in all the surrounding areas. If there’s something he doesn’t know he will pick up the phone and get you the answers. Lastly you will not find a more caring, patient, kind professional than Brad Boyce. If you are buying or selling a home he’s the kind of agent you want.

  Where do I begin? Brad has taken my family in and welcomed us with open arms. It started when my dad and I visited Saratoga Springs, UT on a house hunting trip. Brad was able to lock in a deal for my parents that very day. Later we walked some houses for my wife and I and we ended up going the new construction route. What's been a bit of a stressful build as we work through Covid, Brad has been extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He asks the questions that you don't think of. As if Brad couldn't get any better, he helped my Grandmother find a house and move after recently losing my Grandfather this last year. Truly patient person. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with what you want, and not push you into something just to close a deal. He really sweats the details and takes the stress off your shoulders. Would highly recommend Brad.
