      I was stuck in Brazil, the credit union help me every step of the way with every financial issue I had never a moments hesitation even through all of this Covid BS all of the people were outstanding

      WARNING this credit union will hold a official, certified bank for seven days! A family member paid off a auto loan with a official bank check drawn off another local credit union CAPCOM for 19k and refused to turn over a lein release for almost two weeks. We spoke to a Meg? and Lisa? and got the same song and dance. We explained we sold the vehicle and the new owner needed the lein release to transfer the title. Their member is in their 70s yet they rigidly stuck to their check hold policy without taking circumstances into account. I pleaded with them to call CAPCOM to verify, they refused. Gone are the days of personal relationships, and understanding. All that's left is covering one's liability and following policy.
