My hubby got rear ended and Savina (our state farm agent) helped us set things up with the others insurance to get the repairs done.

Savina has been little more than useless. Her communication during our claim was nonexistent. We had to do all of the legwork ourselves and only heard from her when (if) she returned our calls. I asked her to send over our current policies so we could start shopping new agents / providers. Today, she basically said she hasn't been in contact because we said we were leaving her agency. Mind you, we haven't yet left because our month-long claim is still not resolved. My husband's family has been clients of Savina's for a very long time; if we cannot receive good customer service from her, I can't imagine who could.

Wendy displayed poor customer service and displayed behavior that resulted in my household switching agents. As customers, you have to trust, feel comfortable and know that agents office has your family's best interest at heart. Unfortunately, after my dealings with Wendy, I felt very uneasy continuing business here.
