  I cannot express my gratitude towards a bank that value its clients, their needs and wants regardless of size, revenue or deposit history. Savoy is the true epitome of an Institution that was literally created to help the folks left out during the 08ish economic collapse. Their goal, their vision, their charter is to be our voice. They live up to their word. You very well may be speaking with the VP when you call, but you’ll never know. Everybody is on an equal playing field. Kudos to the entire team. You’ve earned a business customer for life. Thank you again for treating my small business of 3 employees the same as a national chain. Great work.

  This is by far the worst bank to deal with. Applied for a commercial real estate loan. Has taken months for the loan process. They don’t return phone calls, they can’t answer questions or let alone answer an email. First property was due to close but had environmental issues, no problem. Immediately found another property now it’s been over 3 weeks of waiting to get quotes for an appraisal and Phase 1 environmental. Mind you they’ve collected $5,900 in estimated underwriting expenses. What a waste of time and money.
