      They must have plenty of customers as they seemed indifferent. As one would expect for an easy no docs loan based on equity, high fee cost and high interest rate 2.5 greater then market. However, in desperate times sometimes you have to just accept the absurd costs or opt for an easier exit strategy...the nearest bridge

      I rarely give ratings or low stars or even do reviews for that matter. ReFi cash is only an option if you want to pull a 100K of equity from the residence. Nothing like the radio advertisement this places claims to be. I would say shaddy and not very good customer service. Two stars for at least calling me back.
