      This is the absolute worst institution to do your banking with since the merger. When it was just Sussex Bank, no issues. Now, the mobile app never works and constantly crashes, reported it multiple times - no fix It took me no less than three calls to get a digital banking rep to call me back three days later AFTER my last message to unlock the account Now it is locked again due to a password issue from the app. Disgusted, going to be closing the account and finding and moving to a new institution - take your business elsewhere ....
