      Prompt attention to detail. Every time I have called with a question, they have answered it. And, every time I go in the soddy branch they are all very nice to me. That goes a long way in todays world.

      I would give a lower star if there was more. I closed my account and went to another bank. Well I had a direct You would be better off keeping your money in a jarin a hole in your back yard. deposit check that accidentally got sent there and they wouldn't let me have it!! Sorriest darn bank around!! My account got hacked there 2 times. They did nothing about it.
