  Every real estate transaction comes with unique requirements for all involved; being a remote out of state buyer is probably one of the more difficult of such circumstances, but *** NO PROBLEM *** for Brian Mircheff and the Schilling Team. Thank you Brian, Stewart, Kirk... your teamwork made our dream work. Brian is a native of San Clemente - and is intimately familiar with the area - his deep knowledge of the region allowed him to quickly focus his search based on our inputs. Brian's persistence and patience in locating a home for us was simply stunning. Then, once the transaction started, his efforts re-doubled! ...shifting to taking care of EVERYTHING else - as we were still out of remote. Brian was more than willing to show up and host the minor repairs our lender asked for prior to move-in day, make measurements, take pictures, shoot videos, etc. etc... It feels like home to me!   We decided in March of 2021 that we didn’t want to be the “out of town”grandparents. So from Arizona, we notified Brian Mircheff, with the Schilling team and put him to work. After several months of trying to find the right place, from out of town, we landed our forever home. It was move in ready and we have loved it ever since. Brian continuously worked hard for us and was in constant communication throughout the whole process. We are forever grateful for the honest work ethic of Brian Mircheff. From beginning to End!! It’s been 8 months and we are loving life l.

  Stewart and Kirk did an excellent job selling my home for me in Aliso Viejo. They directed me through the process of staging the house, the marketing plan and timing of everything.
