      This is the only bank I've heard of that won't cash their own check in full. We sold our car to one of school's first customers and we went to cash the check at the brookhust branch and school's first would only give us $3,000 cash, charge us a $5 fee and issue us a check for the difference that was left. We asked if we can open an account to just deposit the check and they refused because we're not teachers. We then had to go to two other schools first to cash the checks. Worst customer service iv ever had at a bank. Never had this issue before with anyone else. Stay away from this scoundrels!
