  My man and I needed to handle some business and Luis was there to assist us through it all! I opened up a new account and my man is getting a credit card with great rates. Can't wait to see my money grow with this establishment!! Thank you to the staff for your patience and assistance. You changed the bank game for me!

  Schools first is a great bank but it’s impossible to get on the phone with a customer service rep for a generic question. I have been banking with schools first for 10 years and love them. My only constructive criticism/feedback would be to work on the customer service department. I wanted to inquire with my branch and see if they offer foreign currency orders and ask a few questions about the topic but after navigating through the automated system and being on hold for 15 minutes, I decided to hang up. Dissatisfied customer.

  My coworkers had been telling me about this bank but I was a loyal "customer" to wells fargo until that is I went and inquired with schools first. Went on a Saturday and got to this location 5 minutes before they closed. Walked in and was greeted upon entry which made me feel warm and even more comfortable to try and open a new account. I signed In and asked upon opening a new account would I be able to cash my payroll check. Ms. Tina the bank manager came over to verify the check and said sure no problem. Within minutes I was walking over to Ashley who began assisting me in the setup and process of a new account. I began to immediately notice the warm feeling from not only the manager but of the comfortability knowing that I was making the right decision about my money. Fees were minimal and I began to question myself why I was ever with wells fargo in the first place. Within just a short time I was not only cashing my payroll check without a deposit or hold before retrieving my funds. I was cashing a check getting a permanent debit card and opening a checking and savings account with cash back. I have never had a quicker and smoother process than my very first experience with schools first federal credit union. If you work with the school district that is a plus. If not an you know someone that does you have a advantage to also signing up for an account as well. I highly highly highly recommend this financial institution. This location in particular as well but im sure that you will not be disappointed as long as it's a schools first federal credit union.
