I was on my way to a different credit union and SchoolsFirst showed up closer on google maps so I decided to check it out. It’s such a coincidence that I am a school employee and this place specifically caters to that audience. I am a graduate student that also works for my university. Most of my 20s were spent surviving and it’s not like I made poor financial decisions, but I didn’t make the correct ones. SchoolsFirst is now working with me to improve my financial standing and providing me with resources to not only accelerate that process but also educating me. Amalia at the University Branch has been absolutely amazing. Not only is her customer service excellent but it’s so refreshing to see that there are still individuals out there that actually care and want the best for you as a human being, not just as a customer. She deserves a raise!

Just signed up at schools first. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. They opened our checking and savings account and handled the transfer of my Profit Sharing to an Ira. Ronnie was amazing, friendly, and funny. We felt like we we're doing business with a friend. (I was never a paid for this review).
