Call center slow. Transfer for every little thing. Then wait ...and wait... Then thay tell you that can't help and transfer again. And Glad to see Santa Ana Branch improve. Thay put 2 more atm like i suggested and remodeled the rest room. No more cockroaches. Yay.

A person I know who is a customer of SchoolsFirst suggested me to become a member, but I had a very bad experience at this SchoolsFirst branch. The employee who assisted me was the rudest person I met in OC. I am a newly arrived international, so I needed some information. She handled my questions in an unfriendly manner, she provided no exhaustive responses and made me feel uncomfortable. I could not become a member because I am still waiting for a document that they require, but I am currently considering to just go to a different bank.
