  Big shout out to Maltresa! Thank you! She rushed a wire transfer for me knowing it had to go out by 12:30 PM and I arrived at the branch at 12:23 during my lunch hour. Excellent customer service! In general, everyone is so nice and friendly at this branch. There's always plenty of tellers, no lines, and the place is very clean and neat.

  This branch is very clean and the interior is modern and nice. Aside from that the staff is nice - Nina took care of me and made me feel so welcomed with her sweet spirit. I left here happy and had a great start to my week :)

  Amalia is AWESOME!!!! I took my dad to a different branch to write a cashiers check but the last name on check was wrong. Unknowing I drove to Orange County to drop off the check. After realizing the name was wrong I called the the 800 number to see if I could cancel it and wire the money. Unfortunately I got a lot of run around and sounded like I need to go back to OC the check, drive back out to my dads in San Bernardino pick him up and go back to the original branch and get some papers notarized, plus pay a few fees. Frustrated, I drove to my nearby branch just to get some info and clarification on what should be done so I’m not driving around wasting my time. Amalia made some phone calls and talked to the Costa Mesa branch and set it up so the person I gave the check to could go to her nearby branch, drop off the wrong check and they would reissue a new one. And no fees! WOW!!!! What a time savor and so so helpful! Thank you so much Amalia, you made a really frustrating day a million times better!
