I made an a appointment days ago to withdrawal some money. I went in today and told the bank clerk on the reason of my visit. The clerk said right away “no sorry we can’t withdrawal that much, and all we can do is 5 thousand”. I responded telling her I made an appointment.The clerk then looked at my ID and noticed it was expired. She then told me “did you call and tell them that your ID was expired too”? A week prior from today’s visit, I’ve withdrawn the same amount with the same ID. I then asked her why, was I able to use my ID last week? I just felt like she was trying to find any excuse for me not to withdrawal my MONEY. I was able to withdrawal the amount, I wanted but got 20’s and 50’s. This was just a bad experience and don’t recommend this bank.
