      Their staff is amazing, exceedingly helpful with ideas and alternatives. Miss Debbie answered every question I had and offered helpful suggestions. The Model homes were fantastic and helped visualize what the alternatives would look like.

      Extremely disappointed with our home build and quality of materials used. The majority of subcontractors were inexperienced. From wavy siding, egg shell thin fiber glass tubs that cracked, child labor, scratch and dent cabinets, extremely past due (16 months)on guaranteed build time…I could go on. Do not build with Schumacher you will be so upset.

      Wouldn't use them even if my only option was living in a Box under a bridge, atleast I would know it was built right...
