      Went to sign papers for a house. Nice place. Didn't take along as I thought. The lady that was having me sign papers made it easy and smooth process.

      I usually don't go out of my way to give a business a one star rating, but this time I will. I was told by Doreen my proceeds check would be sent through Fed Ex the day of the closing. I originally wanted this to be done through a wire transfer, but was told this option was not available on this sale..so Fed Ex was the next best option. I said Ok. The employee Doreen failed to do her job "she forgot I wanted Fed Ex" and put the check in the US Postal Service Mailbox with no tracking. When asking them to cancel that check and send me a new on through Fed Ex I was told No. Keep in mind I live 3+ hours away...so at this point who knows if I will get my check. Very disappointed. If you have an option on using a different title/ closing company I would suggest it.
