  I recently purchased a home with the OUTSTANDING assistance of the Asbell Team. I can't even explain how simple, fast and smooth the loan process was. I had no idea what to expect, but for every step of the way, the team was there to explain what was going on. My first contact was with Zach who took the time to explain what their role was, he listened to me and what I was looking for, answered my questions and overall made me feel like I mattered to him and his team. They were able to get me through underwriting before I even started house-hunting which meant that I was ready to close quickly when I finally found the house for me. Kristen spearheaded the information gathering portion of the process and made everything very clear and straight-forward. Scott was available via text, phone and Zoom whenever I needed him. He clearly explained numbers that were mystifying to a new buyer. He walked through every item of the closing documents so I understood exactly what was included and patiently answered any questions I had. The whole closing process was quick and completely handled by the team (and the title company) so all I had to do was show up and sign on the dotted line. I highly recommend the Asbell Team if you want a seamless lender/loan experience.

  Scott and his team are best I've ever dealt with! Scott has helped my wife and I with several real estate transactions and refinancing. Every time, he and members of his team have been upfront with all the details and been very willing to walk us through anything we didn't understand. I've never dealt with a more honest person than Scott. He truly cares about the person and not just the transaction. We have dealt with other mortgage people and companies before, but since we met Scott, we will never work with anyone else! There is nobody better, in my book!
