  Been using Scott Credit Union for over ten years now and although I love the workers and tellers I see, the quality of tech seems to keep going down. The new mobile app works less efficient than the last and just today for the THIRD time at schnucks was card was declined 6 times in a row. Mind you, this is the schnucks in town too while a line of people were behind me. Customer service won’t answer because the hours are closed and now my card is locked. This is absolutely ridiculous considering I answered ‘Yes’ on the fraud alert text stating that I was trying to make the payment at schnucks with my card. It kept declining and now I’m unable to use my card until Tuesday when they’re open. Which means I now will be missing two days of work because I can’t use my card to get gas. Really considering leaving and finding somewhere new.

  Worst online banking I've ever seen. I have a small loan through them and EVERY time I've tried to log in to check the balance of the loan my password doesn't work, and if I try to reset my password on the screen that asks for only my username I only get the response that I have entered an incorrect password. If I try to recover the login information I must provide my member number, which I don't have because I don't have access to my e-statements, because for some reason my saved password doesn't work, and I can't request a password reset because I have apparently entered an incorrect password on a screen that doesn't ask for it. This is beyond frustrating, it's 2021 how can your online banking site be so comically terrible? Response: I emailed customer service immediately before posting this review detailing this frustration and notifying them that I wanted access to my account to learn the payoff balance of my loan so that I could take my business elsewhere. I have gotten no response from them as of yet, so I will send the email address to this social feedback and see if they are more timely than the customer "service" people.
