  Always 5 star service from any location! I personally worked with Brett R. from the Edwardsville location and Tianna C. from the Fairview location and they both have been incredible throughout my entire car purchasing process recently. Friendly service. Quick response times. Personable. Professional. My entire family banks with Scott Credit Union and we absolutely love it. Thank you all for amazing service for my family and me!

  I would absolutely give this company a zero star rating if that is possible, I have used Scott credit union for over a year and received several loans and a line of credit through them. Mostly things were good except for at the beginning of this month I tried to deposit a check for my rent and credit card payments. Scott credit union automatically put a seven day hold on my check which is now on day 11. They have caused me to be late on my rent by almost 2 weeks causing over $100 in fines that they will not reimburse. Likewise, I have now missed two credit card payments and I’m about to mess an insurance payment due to the incompetence and lack of accountability with this company. I would avoid them and any branch of this company at all costs. I emailed customer service days ago with no response as well as called the store branches and the customer service 800 line with no answer or call back whatsoever. If you make any decisions that will help your future make that decision not using Scott credit union for anything whatsoever. This company has done me extremely wrong, messed up my credit that is now unfixable for the next couple years and ignored me through the process. I hope that everyone that reads this stays far away from this company and reconsiders any choice for loans or line of credit or anything related to that matter and take it to a different company that will treat you with respect and actually let you use your hard earned money instead of putting it on hold for almost 2 weeks and I am yet to receive my money that I already had from another account.

  I really wish I didn’t get my car loan with this company. Not at all easy to auto pay online or easy to pay at all. Late fees left and right. Interest is ridiculous. Once this loan is paid off. I will never return again.
