      Been banking here for well over 4 years, recently I've tried to call and get ahold of people. Takes you straight to voice-mail that states they'll return your call before end of buisness day. I've yet to get my call returned. Multiple calls, multiple days. Never call back... kinda ticks me off, and will be closing my account for another account before long if this continues.

      So I went to the ladue scott credit union and had water and keurig coffee offered to me with many different flavors. I chose the Cinnabon flavor and was impressed to say the least but at the Affton Scott credit union I wasn’t only not allowed to use the bathroom which is supposedly only for employees they also informed me that the water and coffee was not offered to anyone but the employees. Strange as the ladue branch was so open and welcoming I did not have the same experience at the Affton branch. Not sure why but if you want to open an account I would suggest going to the ladue branch instead of the Affton branch.
