  As always, every time I go into a SCU branch I leave fully satisfied. This branch helped me get my terrible first car dealership loan refinanced over 6% lower on the interest rate. Not only that but Chase went over how car dealerships take advantage of customers and informed me to get a pre approved quote from SCU to save money and stress moving forward. Not only do I highly recommend SCU, if you venture into this branch I highly recommend requesting Chase to help you. Thanks again SCU!!

  Yesterday I went through the drive thru to make a deposit at the branch located at 8866 Ladue Rd, St. Louis, MO 63124. Austin was the rudest teller I have ever experienced. He carelessly deposited my money into another person's account without verifying my name or date of birth on my license which I sent in with the deposit. When I made him aware of his mistake he rudely stated "just send it back in" and hung up in my face as I was speaking. I went inside the branch to address this issue were he continued to be rude and unapologetic about his mistake. Another worker was kind enough to apologize on his behalf and make small talk with me. His silence spoke volumes as to his lack of respect or care for customer service. I understand mistakes happen and would not have been so upset had he handled the situation better. After fixing the mistake he still remained rude as he handed me my new receipt. Highly do not recommend going to him as your teller.
