      The Manager lied to me twice when I tried to resolve a issue that they messed up and I had to catch on my own . A 350$ mistake would’ve went by the wayside if I wouldn’t of followed up on my transaction. If you want a better bank go to FCB

      I love this bank! Tonight, Tianna helped me get my debit card. But she didn't just do that, she explained all the bank had to offer and helped me with 'adulting' while the card was printing. I'm not sure if she was coming off of a break, but she seemed to feel bad for me because I had been waiting after going to the wrong kiosk and came right over. I'm so thankful for her and all of the wonderful SCU staff! I am unafraid to ask silly questions because they are always willing to help.
