      When I began looking into doing a refinance on my home loan, I was shocked at how much lenders were charging today for their loans. It was a ridiculous amount in points or fees. So I said forget it. Not going to happen. Then I came across Scott and Wyndham. They were the most fair with their fees / closing costs. They didn't charge usurious amounts in loan fees.
