  Working with Scott and his team was so easy and seamless! We purchased an investment property and Scott walked me through our options, letting me know the details of each so I could decide which would work best for me. His team told me what they needed, I provide and voila we close shortly. Definitely recommend Scott and his team !!!

  We initially had an amazing experience with Scott Harshman and his team. While purchasing our home, Scott saved the day when our original lender dropped the ball. The following winter we talked to Scott about refinancing. We signed all the paperwork and everything was good to go, but then Scott called to tell us he’d forgotten to lock in our rate. He admitted it was his fault and said he would “make it right”. Over the next couple of weeks we heard from him less and less until he finally completely ghosted us. We finally tried reaching out to corporate as well and they disregarded our issue. We understand that mistakes happen, we’re all human. However not fixing your mistake and ghosting a client is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This cost is a significant amount of money and we lost a relationship with a lender we were hoping to continue working with. I’m really disappointed in the way they’ve handled this. Not only in Scott and his team, but also Cross Country Mortgage for not holding him accountable.
