      We've been a customer of this bank location for over 30 years now. There's been numerous changes here over the years. But it's still our go-to bank. I agree the bank is different than it was even 5 years ago, you don't get that welcome feeling in there you used to. I know there's not a demand for the psychical bank as much as before. But I've been in PNC Bank (My Fathers Bank) due to his health condition. Long story short, I REALLY like my bank even the way it is over PNC any day...The poor customer service there and all of the extra charges they were applying to a fixed income elderly man. Shame on PNC Bank..

      Just had a terrible experience at the Connellsville location. Rude. Unprofessional staff. I’ve been banking with this branch for 10+ years- I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service.

      I opened a business account 3 years ago. When they were Scottdale Bank everything was good. After merging with Midtown Bank I will be changing banks
