      I go to both scrap yards in the area. Trademark and Raleigh street. When I go to trademark I'm never left standing there while the manager is FaceTiming or on his phone every time. I've been there several times and had to wait while he's on the phone. So today I loaded up all my stuff and I will never return. From now on I'll go to trademark only. They pay more anyway

      Requested a copy of a bill of sale or anything to be able to prove that my vehicle was sold to this company so I could get my suspended license back without having to pay an arm and a leg beings I hadn't been in possession of the vehicle in months and just needed the proof. I was told to send a text with my vin for said vehicle and something would be sent over. Sent a text with my vin and waited, sent another text saying i just needed a copy and was told I would be sent one when they got back to the shop, waited until i was pressing time for the DMV to be closed so i sent one last text just letting them know "hey i'm sorry but i'm pressed for time could you please send it". Long story short nobody ever sent me a copy or even got back with me so I had no proof and ended up paying $500 in fees I could have avoided.
