  The customer service could be a little better, especially when it comes to acknowledging customers who have been waiting. If you'd like to speak to staff for per se - opening an account, the wait takes about 15-30 minutes. The staff members are nice and helpful, they are doing their best.

  Customer service was good, the staff was very attentive, show knowledge of most of the things, the branch is big, easy to locate, enough parking space. My only complain is, i came on Saturday, spoke with the branch Manager about opening a Business account and showed my paperwork, after she look thru she said this will be fine, i ask what else do i need? Do i need to do or be prepared with something else besides my ID? She said no. Ok i came back on Tuesday because that day they were closing, when the staff received me, the ask bunch of personal questions like where i work, how long, my SS number, some questions that other banks did not asked me, they even wanted to look at my Credit, my credit was frozen, they said they are not going to do a hard inquiry etc etc but they need to have access, i asked what for i am not doing anything on behalf myself, is on behalf the business, so the provided me a explanation that it was not worth it to me and did not make sense, they do not mention that in their website neither the Branch Manager mentioned to me when i ask if everything was ok, if i have the correct paperwork or if there is anything i need to come prepare with or have ready for that day and she said no...So i left. That is why i gave 3 stars.
