      i went there for 20 years , After waiting 6 weeks for a phone call i went there Debbie said my taxes are still not done she would have Howard call me after 3 weeks of calling her still No call back , After another 6 weeks of not even 1 call back i went there again i asked why she did not call she said i never talked to her it was Jill i said no it was you she was very rude , i said just give me my taxes i will go somewhere else she said she can not get them ? the next week i went there got my taxes . so after 20 weeks i still do not have my taxes done and have to pay more late fees thanks sd
