  All the stars for Jorge who helped me finalize my auto loan after finding a great car! He sat patiently with me while I waited for my husband to respond to my text messages, and got everything approved via focusing so my husband didn’t have to leave work where he was much needed. He even found a charging cord for my phone so it wouldn’t die during the whole visit. Grateful that Jorge helped me with such a daunting task.

  I would like to inform all bank personnel that I had been assigned to work for the San Diego coast credit union by my supervisor Viriana from allied universal event service and I did not have my guard card at the time as you can see my supervisor was well aware of the situation that I did not have my guard card when she sent me to the bank at the time between June 19th 2020 and August 2020. I did not get my guard card until November and Allied universal was fully aware of that and they sent me anyway and then said make sure that I get my guard card. As a stand up individual I acted as a guard and protected the assets of up to $250,000 fdic insured monies with honor. My supervisor has moved to allied Universal private security but I would recommend that this issue be taken seriously and contact proper persons after a breech of contact with someone you trusted with your assets to do the right thing. I highly recommend a manager or corporate office contact consumers affairs after such incidents because they have misrepresented your company and did not send a guard yet an ordinary honest person with a uniform on. I just got my guard card in late October/November. So I recommend that this should not be taken lightly as this is unlawful to send someone with no guard card to be at a bank. ALLIED UNIVERSAL WILLINGLY AND UNLAWFULLY MISGUIDED AND UNLAWFULLY SENT A REGULAR PERSON TO THE BANK. I have since gotten my guard card certification but I think that this financial institution should file fraud and breach of contract with the department of consumer affairs because they have been given misleading information and believed a guard was protecting their assets and I was not a guard at the time and had no legal obligation to be able to work at any bank without a guard card at the time.
