After being falsely accused of something I didn't do I thought all was resolved with SDCCU. I was interrogated as if I had committed a crime. I was asked how I get paid for my business. A BANK, FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OF ANY KIND DOESN'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO INSINUATE ANYTHING ESPECIALLY ON A WRONGFUL COMPLAINT WITHOUT EVIDENCE. I WAS TREATED LESS THAN HUMAN AND EVEN AFTER FILING a BBB complaint and talking to the vice president I was still looked at doing something wrong. ALL OF MY CLIENTS ANYWHERE HAVE DEFENDED ME IN MY BUSINESS LIFE. I WAS ASKED TO PROVIDE CONTRACTS ETC OF MY CLIENTS. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. THE WIRES, CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS ETC ARE THE CONTRACTS AND THAT'S MY LEGAL BUSINESS AND THE IRS NOT ANOTHER. I keep all records of every transaction I do. I was apologized to and thought all was fine then to receive a letter my account was closing. I went today and closed the account. Someone has to do something about this FINANCIAL POLICING OF ACCOUNT HOLDERS IN AMERICA AND DETERMINATIONS WITHOUT ANY WRONGFUL EVIDENCE. IT HURTS BUSINESS AND CAUSES CLIENT AND INVESTOR CONFUSION AROUND THE WORLD FOR GLOBQAL BUSINESS. I follow all federal, state, county and global laws. SDCCU advertises they are better than big banks. That is a lie. I even spoke with the vice president apologized to left to think all was resolved and fine only to find that was not true. Sorry to remove the 5 stars but this credit union doesn't deserve 5 stars anymore.
