      I came in to get the funding finalized for my auto loan and Natalie was an amazing help. I haven’t bought a car in many years and was being given bad info from the inexperienced sales person at carmax. Natalie explained how it worked and got me set up with my loan, chatted with me while we waited and sent me happily on my way.       Worst bank out there. Garbage customer service. Let’s offer online functions to customers that don’t work. Want to stop a payment? Great you need do it online. Oh but you’ll need a check # that we don’t have access to. How does that even make sense? Save a headache and a dumpster fire, bank with a big bank. These clowns have no idea what they’re doing.

      I was refused service today for not wearing a mask. Meanwhile, Chris W’s mask doesn’t cover his nose. I have video. And at that it’s a clothe mask so where is your N95? The branch manager needs to offer a class on proper mask wearing if you are going to implement your patrons to wear them. I covered my face with the mask supplied by Issac and Chris W and they both still refused service because it was not on properly. My mouth and nose were covered all the while handling my 19 month old. Where does this make sense? And where did all the other employees good that were so nice and happy?
