      I came in to close an old line of credit and open a new one. It was a very slow morning at this location and I sat down with banker Mariam Said to do this. I was sitting there for over 2 hours just to get this done. It would be understandable if they were overwhelmed but that wasn’t the case. It’s ridiculous to wait that long just to open a new line of credit. I hope this location realizes that is unreasonable and fixes this issue.
