      Customer service is a joke. You'll never get anything resolved if there's an issue on your account, especially when it's their fault and they've taken your money!!!!!

      Most of the time the ATM is out of service; and it is very hard to do banking with them, I better close my account due to lack of service, you can't do transactions easily on their site. Poor customer service.. Sorry switching bank ASAP.
