      Service was quick. Hand sanitizer is located throughout the room. Everyone was masked. Markers are on the floor to help with social distancing.

      Their stupid dress code when you walk into the bank is ridiculous. I'm 120 lb little white girl. I'm not going to rob your freakin bank. My sunglasses are transitioning and I cant see without them so no I'm not taking them off. So freaking rude. I hate this bank.

      They are a terrible institution to do business with. If you have online statements you won’t be able to access your account over 80% of the time their site including your app will be under repair unable to access. Branch staff is not inclined or trained to help their customers. SDCCU will NEVER notify you when there is an issue with your account tellers are trained to charge you a $5.00 fee for any print outs, this is SDCCU policy. They are unhelpful unwilling to help the manager said they have a mandatory fee charge of $5.00 that must remain on your account for 24 hours before it can be removed?! Why even add the fee? Avoid SDCCU at ANY Cost! You will Regret it!! You will NEVER get Customer service on the phone! Even if you lost your card or there is fraud to report! This bank is a sham!
