I went in today to the branch thinking it was going to be quick since the representative on the phone said all i needed to do was sign and start my account. Wrong, when i went in they had no idea what was going on i originally had an apt. but they couldn't find me. The Teller was trying to help me by asking the guy who sits in the corner behind all the tellers i think he was upper management anyways his customer skills SUCK, he couldn't even get up to help, if you are a good employee you go above and beyond to help not hide behind some title thinking that's not your job. Your job is to help out not to distribute your work load and hide behind your desk. Some girl coming back from lunch hadn't even clocked in was stopped by this lazy man in the corner and she scrambled trying to help me, having a client of her own already waiting for her. Thank you! but i am good ill open my account elsewhere.

The COVID-19 restrictions at the bank are out of control. On top of that they have reduced hours and that just adds to the business and ridiculousness of the situation. As far as customer service goes, it is highly dependent on which teller you get. Most of them are friendly and try to be helpful but in seems that at least every other time small inconvenient mistakes are made...
