  Very friendly staff. I always enjoyed the help and friendly service when they were Freedom Bank and so far they are carrying on the same level of service. Let's hope it continues on with Seacoast

  I have been a happy customer for over 4 yrs. I loved how I was treated. I loved the staff. I loved the service! They moved.. the staff changed. My first dealings with the new staff at their 4th Street location was awful. I had called to order Pesos for a trip and set a day for me to pick them up. I went in and the Manager acted like I was crazy… no pesos were ordered. I found my text messages that showed who I spoke with. She had forgotten to order them. The Manager never apologized and acted like it was my fault! This caused me a huge problem and I feel they don’t care. Part of the reason I choose a bank is because of their customer service!! Right now… SeaCoast Bank on 4th St St Petersburg sucks! Such a disappointment!
