  I had a wonderful experience at this specific branch after being taken care of by someone with one of the most unique names I have ever met, Taije. She answered all of my questions, helped me go over the auto loan rates, and in the end did what she could to obtain my business. Fortunately enough for me, I found better far better rates on my auto loan elsewhere, and this is why I can only give this specific brand a 4-star review. Customer service 5 stars, loan rates sub-par.

  Worst bank ever! These people are THIEVES and CROOKS. Tried to cash a check from the Toyota dealership because I sold my car and this is the bank they use....these @$$holes wanted over $100 just to cash the check. I sold my only vehicle to pay the rent and they want a cut...for doing what?? Servicing their customer's account (Toyota). It's no better than a check cashing place!

  Nobody seems to be working... let’s face it 75% of people aren’t but yet Iv called now 8 times just to get a new debit card and I’m stuck on hold so to a higher call volume.. BS I’ll be taking my money to a more respectful bank.. I suggest anyone reading this dose the same.. obviously they don’t care enough to answer phone calls when that’s all we can do with this virus..
