      Jimmy is absolutely amazing he saved me so much money on my homeowners insurance and also lowered my car insurance. During these times where money is scarce he absolutely went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get the best rates possible keeping all my same coverages and low deductibles. Thank you so much for your amazing service and taking care of the Veteran Community because USAA is extremely High Priced to only be serving the military community.       I have been working with Jimmy at the Rocky Mount office for the last couple weeks trying to get a better home and auto rate. Jimmy is very professional in the insurance world. I feel I can go in and talk to him about any questions that may arise about my coverage instead of dealing with an 800 number. I would highly recommend this insurance company to my family and friends. Also Elizabeth was very efficient and courteous at the front desk.
