  Sean was attentive from the start and explained all of our options when we had questions. His rates and costs were the lowest and he has a fantastic support team. He also continues to support us even after the deal was closed! We will use Sean again in the future!

  We wanted to give our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Sean for all his help and support as the lender for our home mortgage. We talked to quite a few lenders during the initial stages and found Sean to be the best amongst them. He explained all the details to us that we would have needed as first time buyers. From the beginning, he made sure to explain all the possible scenarios and provided us with all the options so that we could make informed decisions at each step. If we had any questions or concerns, he was always reachable on phone or email. His response time is really impressive too. As opposed to other lenders who we talked to, Sean's timeline was much faster in every aspect. He provided us underwritten pre-approval at a day's notice. Once our offer was accepted, he took out time to get in touch with the seller's team to reassure that we have all the needed finances and that it would be a smooth closing process. This helped in building a good repo with the seller's team. His closing time for the deal was an impressive 24 days, and we could have closed at least 3 days earlier had it not been due to a third party delay. We really appreciate this about him that during this delay of 3 days due to a third party (not related to him, us or the seller's team), he actively pursued the third party to keep the process moving smoothly and as fast as possible. And in parallel, he made sure that he kept everyone on the buyer's side (us and our agent) and the seller's team up to date with frequent updates. This was definitely something that he did above and beyond his duties as a lender. His proactiveness was a major factor in closing the deal in such a short time frame. He is really diligent in his work and is an expert in his field. His work methodology is so well organized and well planned that we never felt rushed. We also appreciate his jolly and friendly nature because it made us feel like we can reach out to him anytime. We believe this is an important factor in choosing a lender, and based on our initial experience with other lenders, we did not find this quality in most of them. His team member Brandie was equally efficient, polite and helpful - mentioning this here because this shows his commitment towards working with great people who are all focused at helping the clients. Even though house buying is a stressful and lengthy process, Sean helped us stay relaxed and made this process enjoyable for us! We think we were lucky that we got to work with Sean as our lender who was dedicated to our best interests throughout the entire process!

He was very responsive, honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with our many questions! Sean and his team really made buying our first home a great experience, and it was such a pleasure working with them. They were there for us every step of the way and that meant the world to these first time home buyers.
