      So just had a complete nightmare dealing with Searchlight and Jameson specifically. Terrible communication. Me and my realtor had to beg to get a call back. Would always send me straight to voice-mail and reply with an auto message "bla bla bla Ill call you back", never did or if he did was days later. Because of poor communication had a loan fall thru. This is my first home and they made it a terrible stressful month and a half experience and in the end got nothin. In contrast my new broker found me a loan and had the appraisal scheduled in ten days.

      Max was very inviting on our first phone call Nichole was very helpful to a degree, We needed a construction loan for a house in Tennessee. Max says sure we can help and Nichole proceeded the paperwork. We sent in this document that document paid for appraisal, paid for updated appraisal ,paid for closing fees had insurance in RCN capital after months of anticipation the loan was denied due to experience and the area was not to there liking because blacks live there. This company is a waste of time and extreme bias toward black people. Run this company is bias not happy with the runaround service we got ... Who needs a loan from a bias company like this.
