      Great downtown bank with helpful and knowledgeable employees. It is small enough to actually form relationships with all the staff. Great place for banking!! Update: We are finishing up a rather complicated residential loan and John Sorenson has been incredible. His communication could not have been better, and he clearly saved the deal for us on at least 1 occasion. Great experience all around.

      This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life .I applied for a mortgage in October and was told we would close by Thanksgiving .Jody Garris would promise us things were great then disappear for two or three weeks without answering any calls text or emails .Then he would reappear and have some story .After six months I ended up going with another lender.There’s nothing worse then someone making false promises .Do yourself a favor and stay away!
